Char idea's/bios (sort of)
ZealOnce head of the house Orm, who commited treason to the crown by summoning a deamon. The spell backfired and bound the deamon inside her, losing her eyesight but gaining the deamon's own gaze. which she binds behind cloth and headress to prevent the deamon from manifesting his power on this plane. She now walks the world as a "companion", travaling from place to place learning magic from all who will teach her. She carries a skull that she used in the ritual to bind the deamon.
Lord Regal Soth:
the deamon who Sheena summoned, resides inside the skull she carries, can also maifest into a physical body when sheena lets him. Was once a powerful mage knight, who devoured the essence of those he beat and added them to his own. the defenders of the realm, tried to bind his power, but Lord Soth blew out his own chest, rather then let them succeed. Now Soth follows around Sheena because should she die his magic would be lost to him, so he is sort of a butler/bodyguard to Sheena reminding her to eat and protecting her as she gets absorbed by her study of magic.

Captain Bartholomew Hall R.N. :
Planeswalker, captain of the planes ship the Roger Young, lost his left arm just above the elbow, but his knowlegde was too valuble for the usual manditory retire. cold and calculating in his demeanor and acts more as a general overseer then a captain letting his Lt do most of the captainly duties. As a gift from an etheral he was given two "hellhounds" to serve as replancements to his arm lost in the defence of said etheral.
